At Frost, we are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our activities and helping customers meet their own environmental requirements and aspirations.

We have invested heavily in reducing waste and meeting the requirements of the RoHS Directive – which controls the use of hazardous materials in new equipment and products. Our activities have been recognized by the Government-supported Envirowise programme – with Frost winning a ‘Demonstration of Excellence’ award and featuring in a best practice case study on it.

Environmental Management System Certification:

Underlining our commitment to sustainable practices, Frost will be seeking accreditation to the ISO 14001 environmental standard.

We have also invested time, capital and resources in ensuring that our customers have access to the materials and processes they need to meet their own environmental obligations. We can advise customers on the selection of appropriate RoHS compliant coatings, help them with the transition to lead-free soldering and help them find alternatives to existing materials that allow them to stay cost-effective.
